The breeder Adrian Garlick and the Buyer ____________________________ agree to the following for the purchased puppy described as _____________________________________________________ This puppy has been sold to the buyer listed above with ____ no breeding rights, ____ breeding rights.
This puppy is guaranteed to be in good health and has been vaccinated properly for the puppies present age. Breeder will provide accurate health records for this puppy. This guarantee is warranted to the original buyer for three days. The buyer needs to have the puppy examined by a licensed Veterinarian within three days of purchase date (breeder is not responsible for vet bills) . If said puppy is found to have a serious life threatening illness or disease. Breeder will replace puppy with another puppy of equal value, when available no money will be refunded. Puppy must be returned and accompanied with documented proof of illness from a licensed veterinarian, within 7 days of purchase (breeder not responsible for transportation costs). Breeder has the right to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian of her choice to verify diagnosis before replacing. Guarantee does not cover any type of parasite, disease, or virus including but not limited to round worms, tape worms, hook worms, parvovirus, corona, coccidia, and giardia because parasites are very common in young puppies.
This puppy is guaranteed to the original buyer for one year against life threatening or altering hereditary/genetic problems. If puppy is found to have a hereditary/genetic disease or deformity by a licensed veterinarian the buyer must contact the breeder within 7 days of diagnosis with proof of diagnosis. Buyer must return said puppy to breeder or get puppy spayed or neutered(proof of procedure must be given to breeder. After breeder receives either the puppy or proof of puppies alter. Breeder will give a replacement puppy of equal value when available, no money will be refunded. Buyer is responsible for all travel expenses for the replacement puppy.
If the puppy has been sold with no breeding rights the buyer must get puppy neutered or spayed by the age of 6 months of age and provide proof or this contract is null and void. Breeder cannot guarantee size, color, markings, hernias, and uneven bites. All puppies are sold as pets and are not guaranteed to be of show or breeding quality, Breeder will be honest and give his/her best opinion to the best of his/her knowledge for show and breeder prospects. If your puppy is sold with full breeding rights the puppy is still sold as a pet buyer just has the right to breed if chosen.
